Oelwein Utility Assistance Programs

The City of Oelwein is excited to share that we’re looking into three new Utility Assistance Programs designed to better serve our community. These include the Oelwein Leak Assistance Program, the Oelwein Water Line Assistance Program, and the Oelwein Sanitary Sewer Assistance Program. Curious how they work?
