The Oelwein Utilities Department (water, sewer and wastewater) is responsible for maintenance and repair of the city’s utility infrastructure. It is their duty to maintain a safe and reliable water supply for residents and business alike.
Utility Department offices are located at 460 7th Avenue SW in the Public Works Complex.
