Board of Appeals

​​​​​​The Board of Appeals hears all appeals made by residents which involve the building official. When a member of the public or a contractor disagrees with the building official’s interpretation of the city code, can appeal can be made to the board of appeals. Members meet as needed and serve five-year terms.
