Street Closure for 10 block of East Charles
Monday, January 19, 2026 (All day) to Friday, January 23, 2026 (All day)
Matt Construction is scheduled to begin demolition at 1 South Frederick on January 19th, work is anticipated to continue throughout the week. To accommodate this work, 10 block of East Charles will be closed. This will be from Frederick to the alley east of the property. Sidewalks on both sides of the street in this area will also be closed during the demolition.
